This past month was the quintessential summer month, and I maintained my frantic traveling pace throughout. After a healthy stint with the family back in Iowa, I ventured up to Cheyenne to check out Frontier Days for the first time, and I managed to squeeze in a Red Rocks show as well as a dance party. In the meantime, I completed a GIF and knocked out a couple pieces for the "The Town." The "End of Summer To-Do List" is longer than I intended to finish, but I'm working my way through. I'll have a week between the last day of my second summer class and the first week of meetings, so I have about that much time before the fall semester kicks off. One item worth mentioning here - this fall will mark the beginning of my fifth year of full-time teaching in higher education. That took me by surprise too.
